Abuse by staff

Rude service to me and my autistic son who I had to console on the way home as he was unsure what he had done wrong. The incompetent lady behind the counter on 17/12/2011 forgot to ring an item threw the till I was paying by card and although I don't understand why when I'm spending over 10 pound they charge 50p I was happy to. She had forgot to ring threw an item and said if I wanted it she would have to charge me 50p I asked why she then started to sigh and complain. Asking me why I didn't have any cash not once appologising for her mistake. I am shocked that she was so rude and that she decided to take her frustration out on my 7 year old who with autism struggles to talk to people and made an effort he said please and thankyou I was in tears when I got home and will never shop here again which is a shame because everyone else that works at the tap house are lovely as a manager in hospitality I have seen people like her before and they should not be dealing with customers give her a back of house job as she has no customer service skills
